Redab Al-Janaideh

Dr. Redab Al-Janaideh is a developmental psychologist and researcher with a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology and Education from the University of Toronto. Following her doctoral studies, she completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Toronto, further advancing her research on child development, well-being, and education. She currently serves as a Research Project Manager at the Centre for Leadership and Learning with the York Region District School Board (YRDSB), where she leads research and system-level initiatives focused on dismantling systemic barriers and supporting student success, particularly among marginalized populations.

Her work integrates large-scale data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and applied research to inform policy and practice in education. She has also contributed to higher education through teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in developmental psychology and education at various Canadian universities.

Dr. Al-Janaideh’s research focuses on child and youth development, education, well-being, and equity. She is particularly interested in understanding the factors that shape learning, development, and educational outcomes across diverse populations and contexts. She is deeply committed to advancing evidence-informed approaches that support inclusive, responsive, and equitable learning environments. In addition to her research and educational leadership roles, she is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Elevate Learning and Leadership, where she partners with educators, organizations, and community groups to foster leadership, well-being, and meaningful engagement. Through her workshops and presentations, she helps individuals and communities build confidence, strengthen connections, and create positive change.
