Rebecca Glover is the head of Economic, Social, and Political Sciences in the Antimicrobial Resistance Centre at LSHTM. Since 2016, she has worked as a research fellow in the Policy Innovation and Evaluation Research Unit (PIRU) on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and innovations in health service organisation and delivery. She also holds a PhD in Public Health in which she examined the role of rapid diagnostic tests for bacterial identification and antibiotic susceptibility testing in secondary care in the UK. Rebecca is currently researching infectious diseases, equitable policy responses to pandemics, and the commercial determinants of health.
She completed her MSc in the Control of Infectious Diseases at LSHTM in 2014, and then joined LSHTM's Ebola team, where she worked in the Centre for the Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases (cmmid.lshtm.ac.uk).
