Rebecca is a Senior Lecturer in the UWA Law School where she teaches Corporations
Law and Professional and Ethical Practice. Rebecca's research interests lie in the fields of corporate fraud, corporate governance, corporate responsibility and civil remedies. She is currently undertaking doctoral research into corporate culture. Rebecca holds Bachelor degrees in Law (Hons) / Arts (Hons) (Monash University) and a Graduate Diploma in Education (UWA).

Prior to joining the University of Western Australia Rebecca worked in commercial practice and has advised on general corporate matters (including directors' duties), corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions and large-scale commercial litigation.
