Raechel Johns is a Professor of Marketing and Co-Director, Centre for Intergenerational Digital and Financial Wellbeing (CIDFW) at the University of Canberra. While Raechel has diverse research interests, her research focuses predominately on two main streams - technology-facilitated service delivery and service delivery and social marketing to support community wellbeing. She explores digital wellbeing, wellbeing of consumers experiencing vulnerabilities and positive behaviour change. Raechel's PhD thesis explored the impact of self-service technologies on business to business relationships. Prior to her academic career, Raechel worked in marketing within the retail industry and then within the IT industry, and in internet-based organisations.
