Rachel Neef is a researcher in the law and governance of climate intervention technologies.
Her PhD thesis examines space law as a regulatory analogue for solar radiation modification governance.
She is currently working as a Research Fellow under an ARC Grant on the governance of marine carbon dioxide removal.
