Rachel Locke

Rachel Locke is Director of the Violence, Inequality and Power Lab at the Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, University of San Diego. The VIP Lab seeks to understand how inequalities of power shape the landscape of violence as well as the stories we tell about violence. We deliver practical, actionable ideas that partners can implement at the systems level to confront harmful power inequalities and reduce violence.
