Putu Ayuwidia Ekaputri is a medical doctor and currently a Ph.D. student at the Institute of Neuroscience and Physiology, University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Her research focuses on cognitive function, neurology, and rehabilitation. She has a solid background in medical practice and research, with several years of experience working in digital health companies and health communities. Through her role at Tentang Anak, Indonesia’s fastest-growing parenting and child health digital-tech company, she actively contributes to the development of evidence-based parenting content and conducts qualitative research on child psychiatry topics such as child temperament, children’s sleep, and screen addiction.
In addition to her research and professional work, she is the author of Brain Based Parenting, a published book that draws insights from her work and study in cognitive neuroscience. The book provides practical guidance for parents to understand their child’s brain development and implement positive parenting strategies that foster healthy growth and prevent emotional wounds from negative parenting experiences.
