I am an associate professor of management at California State University - Los Angeles where I teach management and strategy courses at graduate and undergraduate levels. I am a "decision-making process" enthusiast with background in both engineering and business, and my work is focused on:

1) Better understanding the way organizations and their leaders (e.g., TMTs) make important strategic decisions, and

2) Helping managers and organizations leverage the benefits of various decision support tools including those based on AI and big data analytics.
