Peter Twesigye

I have a Master's degree in economics and have recently completed a PhD in business administration with an energy specialisation. I currently lead research work on power market reform, regulation and utility performance at the Power Futures Lab, Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town. I am a visiting lecturer at PURC, University of Florida. I have extensive work experience at a senior manager level in Uganda's private electricity concessioned distribution utility and consulted in west, east and southern Africa.
