Peter Simons is a lecturer and former visiting assistant professor of history at Hamilton. He has been an adjunct professor at SUNY Morrisville, has served as the History Department undergraduate program coordinator at the University of Chicago, taught in a residential learning program at Florida State University, and contributed to a National Science Foundation-funded international research program, also at Florida State. He holds a B.A. in history and Spanish from Calvin College, master of public policy from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, M.A. in history from the University of Maine-Orono, and a Ph.D. in history from Chicago.
