I teach on postgraduate training programmes for career guidance practitioners. My research interests revolve around work and careers, including links to health, well-being and social justice. I am President of the Career Development Institute (CDI). I am also a Chartered Psychologist, and a Fellow of the National Institute for Career Education and Counselling (NICEC).
