Dr. Paul M. Garrett completed his PhD at the University of Newcastle in 2020, where he studied mathematical psychology.

He is currently a Post Doctoral Researcher at the University of Melbourne's Vision and Attention Laboratory, in the School of Psychological Sciences.

His research covers a broad range of topics, from COVID-19 tracing technologies, emotions, and how humans understand numbers and quantities; to neural models of memory, decision making, and creating mathematical tools and measures for experimental research.
