Paul is an analyst at RAND Europe. His research interests are in AI governance and frontier safety, emerging technology policy, and applications of data science and AI to the public and third sectors.
Prior to working at RAND, Paul worked in the Alan Turing Institute’s Public Policy Programme. He holds degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science.
