- Lawyer/PhD Candidate, UCL
Paul is a practising lawyer with a specialism in commercial and public law disputes and international arbitration. He has undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in law/jurisprudence from the University of Oxford. He also has a Russian Studies Masters from University College London and is a PhD candidate at UCL's School of Slavonic and East European Studies. His research considers the use of constitutional amendment by authoritarians to address threats to leadership longevity. He is in receipt of funding by way of an Economic and Social Research Council scholarship.
