Paul is an Associate Professor within the UCD School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering. His research base is in the structure and function of electrical power networks.
A UCD lifer, Paul received B.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin in 2009 and 2013, respectively. He is a member of the UCD Energy Institute.
