Paul has 5 business and management degrees which include: e-Business and Management; Business and Finance; International Business and Management; Human Resource Management and a professional Doctorate in Business Administration. Paul also holds Chartered Fellowship which is the highest level of professional membership that can be awarded with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Chartered Fellowship is awarded after ten years strategic management experience that drives sustained business performance.
