French citizen living in Sydney. Has enjoyed lecturing at university since 1995. Has held continuing appointments at UNSW, UTS and in France. Has worked as a consultant and financial analyst in Paris, Stockholm and Tokyo. Has occasionally written in the press (ex. Le Monde, Les Echos, La Tribune, Nikkei). Current research area is corporate governance. Investigates the influence on corporate decision making (ex. restructuring decisions). Has authored a textbook on asset allocation and risk management. Enjoys soccer.
