Paris Bradley is a PhD Candidate in Law researching 'Children's experiences of their participation in private law proceedings'. This follows her earlier LLM dissertation titled 'How will access to justice be achieved with remote hearings in the Family Court?' and LLB dissertation titled "'A Swiss cheese Treaty: is it possible for the Hague Convention (1980), which is so full of holes, to be strengthened by a large-scale revision?' A critical review.".
Paris is a non-practising barrister, magistrate and consultant paralegal for a family law firm. She has previous experience in the education sector and is qualified in learning support and teaching, with a focus on learners with 'Special Educational Needs' (SEN).
Her research interests are in the areas of family and child law, and technology and the law.
