Paola V. Gabasa Ulfe

I am a marine biologist with an emphasis on shark biology and conservation. My research interests focus on the application of new technologies to the study of shark movement ecology and the footprint of fisheries. Supported by a predoctoral grant from the Spanish Government (FPU), I am currently pursuing my PhD in the movement ecology of pelagic sharks in the Atlantic and Western Mediterranean and examining its relationship with fishing activity.
