Pamela Salen

Pamela’s research interests include: visual, linguistic and symbolic representations of home and the everyday lived experience, domestic memory and translation, auto-ethnography and autobiography, embodied communication, Gestalt psychology in design, gender, space, communication, and equality, narrative design.

Pamela has been a Lecturer in Communication Design since 2010 and more recently a researcher in MADA's XYX Lab dedicated to investigating the relationship between space, gender and communication.
