Orla Kennedy

I am a lecturer in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Reading, having previously been a researcher at the University of Ulster and lectured at Universities of Ulster and Westminster.

I'm a registered nutritionist, dietitian, council member of the UK Nutrition Society and a fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology. With over 14 years experience in nutrition research encompassing the following areas; Public health nutrition, nutrition in the older consumer, dietary interventions, food choice issues and sensory evaluation. I have published widely across a range nutritional science disciplines.
