Noémie Bigras is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO), a clinical psychologist, and a researcher specializing in trauma, sexuality, and couple relationships. She holds a master's degree in Sexology and a Ph.D. in clinical Psychology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Her research focuses on the determinants of sexual well-being across the life course, from adulthood into later life, with particular attention to the impact of early relational and traumatic experiences on sexuality. She leads the Laboratory on Relationships, Sexuality, and Trauma (Reset), where she conducts interdisciplinary research aimed at promoting fulfilling and sustained sexual well-being throughout the lifespan.
