I’m an astrophysicist passionate about driving innovation through diversity and sustainability. My work bridges cultures, disciplines, and sectors—championing equity in STEM and promoting sustainable practices in space.

At the University of Surrey, I lead pioneering research to mitigate the reflectivity of satellite megaconstellations, in partnership with Industry.

As founder of the Surrey Physics Academy, I’ve created inclusive pathways into science for underrepresented groups and co-developed social justice curricula and EDI training adopted across departments.

Recognised for my impact with the 2023 Vice-Chancellor’s Award, I’ve also been a finalist for the 2024 DITA Awards and the 2025 Employee Networks Award, and nominated for the 2024 National Diversity Awards.
