Nimbus A. Staniland

Nimbus Staniland (Ngāi Tūhoe, Ngāti Awa) is a Senior Lecturer in the department of Management and International Business at the University of Auckland Business School. Her research explores how Māori methodologies and worldviews can reframe how work is experienced and organised in Aotearoa, with a particular focus on Māori work, careers and wellbeing. As a māmā to four young girls, she is especially interested in the relationship between work and family.
