Nilam Pamularsih is a PhD researcher in the School of Education at the University of Adelaide. Her doctoral research examines early-grade reading interventions. Her research interests include early-grade literacy and reading, educational interventions, educational assessment and evaluation, teacher professional development, and quantitative and mixed methods research.
Nilam has professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) and education program management through Australian Government-funded education initiatives in Australia, Indo-Pacific and Indonesia. She has also contributed to community-based education by establishing and managing Rumah Belajar Inspirasi Bajawa in East Nusa Tenggara and Rumah Belajar Visioner in Yogyakarta, as well as volunteering to promote Indonesian language and culture in Australian schools.
