Dr. Nicole Culos-Reed is a Professor in the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Calgary. With over 25+ years of experience in understanding physical activity motivation, her passion is to bring wellness via movement to standard cancer care. Nicole is a wife, mom to 3 teenagers, and enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends, as well as a daily yoga practice.
