Nicola Perugini is Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Edinburgh and the co-author (with Neve Gordon) of The Human Right to Dominate (OUP 2015). He is currently working on the book Human Shields. A Political and Legal History (with Neve Gordon, UCP forthcoming).
