Nicola Lindson

(her/she)

I am an Associate Professor based within the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences at the University of Oxford. In this role I carry out primary research and author systematic reviews on interventions to help people to quit smoking. I have been conducting research into tobacco and smoking for over 16 years and received my doctorate in 2012. I am passionate about maximising the quality and reach of research evidence, and providing people with the best evidence to make informed decisions about their healthcare.

My work is supported by Cancer Research UK (CRUK), the NIH, the NIHR, Greater Manchester Integrated Care and Clarion Futures. The views expressed are mine and not necessarily those of the funders.
