Niamh is a Senior Lecturer in the RCSI Graduate School of Healthcare Management. She has been researching and seeking solutions to Ireland's health workforce challenges for almost 20 years. She has conducted research on the working lives of hospital doctors, public health doctors and GPs. She is also interested in health worker migration and recently wrote a piece for WHO (Europe) on health worker migration into and out of Ireland (to be published shortly).
