I’m an Assistant Professor of Operations and Decision Technologies at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. My research centers on the social and managerial implications of digital technologies. I utilize state-of-the-art empirical estimation methods and machine learning models to address critical questions at the intersection of digital technologies and society. I am deeply committed to understanding how digital innovations influence organizational behavior and societal trends.
