- Interdisciplinary Research Fellow, UNSW
My undergraduate degree was in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of New South Wales. I completed a PhD in Psychology and Ageing researching the topic of cross-cultural attitudes to ageing from the Australian National University and went on the collaborate with researchers in cross-disciplinary projects combining arts, science and lived experience to explore notions of stigma, empathy, cultural attitudes and age-based judgements. My current research is looking at ways that we can be more age-diverse, and collectively improve societal attitudes to ageing, reduce and eliminate ageism and age discrimination.
