- Research Assistant, Department of Biological Sciences, Simon Fraser University
As a researcher, my interests center on evolutionary evolution and evolutionary medicine, with a particular focus on how modern technologies may influence human psychological phenotypes. I am especially drawn to the evolutionary Diametrical Model of the Social Brain (Crespi & Badcock, 2008) as a unifying framework for understanding psychological and psychiatric conditions. My broader research interests include autism, schizophrenia, and the ways in which technological environments may reshape the socio-ecological landscape of the human mind.
