Myfan Jordan

Myfan Jordan is an author, researcher and maker based in Naarm (Melbourne, Australia). She has spent 20 years working with grassroots communities, supporting people experiencing disadvantage to influence public policy through co-design research. Myfan’s areas of policy expertise include workplace bullying, degrowth, gender, housing, ageing and neurodivergence. She is the author of A Special Place in Hell: Female Workplace Bullying (Ethics Press, 2025); and Women’s Work in the Pandemic Economy (Springer Nature, 2023). She also authored a chapter in The Research Handbook on Inequalities in Later Life (EE Publishing, 2024). Myfan is currently a PhD Candidate at La Trobe University, exploring the intersection of neurodivergence and workplace bullying. She is based at the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre.
