Mostafa Ayoobzadeh is a Professor of Human and Organizational Development at the School of Management, Université du Quebec à Montréal (UQAM). His research is on leadership development, mentoring, and career development. He has designed and implemented several leadership and career development programs (such as mentoring and training). Also, he has investigated the outcomes of such programs for individuals and organizations.
Mostafa Ayoobzadeh est Professeur en développement humain et organisationnel à l'École des sciences de la gestion de l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
