Morgiane Noel

Morgiane is a doctoral researcher in European and International Law at Trinity College Dublin, an Early Career Researcher. She lectures in international relations and teaches EU Law and EU politics.
She has worked extensively across these fields, contributing to policy development, human rights, and social justice. Morgiane is the founder of the Women in Research Network at Trinity College Dublin, which has since expanded to other countries, and has led numerous research initiatives. She also established a social justice charity promoting access to higher education in Ireland. Previously, she worked in international refugee law, gender issues, EU institutions, and related fields. She represented a European NGO at COP29 and is participating in COP30 as part of various working groups.
