Morgan O'Neill

I’m a PhD candidate at QUT’s School of Law, supported by the CSIRO Industry PhD Program, where I explore how smart regulation and systems thinking can help dismantle barriers to circular economy adoption. My research is deeply embedded in industry, with active collaboration across CSIRO and Wanless Waste Management to translate these critical insights into actionable reform.

As a passionate legal scholar and experienced research assistant, I’ve contributed to research and policy submissions on decent work, insolvency, and environmental/circular economy policy.
