I work as a researcher on Swansea University's “from menstruation to menopause” long-term study. I am also an active member of the Autistic community and I've been published in The Autistic Community And The Neurodiversity Movement: Stories From The Front Line.

I am the founder of Neurodivergent Matters where I deliver training on all matters related to Neurodiversity and offer both business training and coaching for Neurodivergent people themselves.

My passion is to improve the life chances of all Autistic/Neurodivergent people.
