I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor in Australia) in Business Analytics at the University of Western Australia (UWA) Business School, where I focus on the intersection of data-driven insights and sustainable transportation. My academic journey began with a PhD from the University of Sydney's Business School, where I explored the implementation of sustainable policies by examining cultural traits, behavioural patterns, and institutional dynamics.

Before joining academia, I worked as a transportation consultant and planner in Israel and as a civil engineer in Ecuador. I completed my Master’s degree in Transportation Planning at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where my research centred on travel behaviour and public transport systems. These experiences have shaped my interdisciplinary approach to addressing complex challenges in transportation and policy.

I am particularly interested in how attitudes and perceptions influence the adoption of sustainable practices/policies. My work extends beyond transportation, encompassing topics such as effective communication and cognitive frameworks and fostering thoughtful leadership that bridges academia and industry.
