Michelle is an archaeologist and registered architect. She has experience in survey archaeology, remote sensing, excavation and geo-spatial analyses. Her research interests include settlement analyses, fortifications and urbanism in ancient Eurasia, and conflict archaeology. She has worked on archaeological projects in Australia, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Georgia, and has published widely in academic journals and edited books.
