Michele Martini

(He/Him)

Michele Martini is a Lecturer in Digital Education at the University of Napoli, specialising in the intersection of educational technology, policy, and the growing influence of big tech on higher education.

His recent research critically examines the role of neoliberal policies in reshaping universities, focusing on how state policy and corporate interests intersect to influence digital learning infrastructures and academic governance. My work sheds light on the tensions between the market-driven forces shaping universities and the broader societal impacts of these shifts, offering insights into the future of higher education and academic freedom in a digital, neoliberal landscape.
