Michaela Scanlon

Currently working as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa where I research neurodiversity in the workplace with Dr. Jane O'Reilly. We are interested in developing a deeper understanding of how to create inclusive workplaces. Prior to this I completed my PhD at the Smith School of Business under Dr. Julian Barling. Here, I focused on mental health stigma and leadership. I hope to continue research in all these areas as I pursue an academic career.
