Michael I Goran

Michael I Goran, PhD is Professor and Vice Chair for Research at the Department of Pediatrics at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the University of Southern California. He is also Director of the Southern California Center for Chronic Disease Research and Prevention. He is the author of more than 450 peer-reviewed articles on childhood obesity, nutrition and chronic disease, and is the primary author of Sugarproof, a book that aims to empower parents and children to reduce consumption of added sugars to improve health and well-being.
