Professor Meredith Nash is Associate Dean - Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion, and Equity in the College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) at the Australian National University . She was formerly Senior Advisor – Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity at the Australian Antarctic Division and a cultural sociologist at the University of Tasmania. Meredith works primarily in extreme environment sociology and is an internationally recognised expert in intersectional leadership, lived experiences of historically excluded groups (e.g. women, people of colour, LGBTQIA+ folks) in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine (STEMM), and building inclusive workplaces in extreme environments. Meredith is also an ICF accredited executive coach.
