I am an applied psychologist specializing in human–AI interaction, with a background spanning media, technology, and social science. My research and consulting focus on psychological readiness, digital identity, and trust calibration in AI-mediated environments. I have developed several original frameworks that are informing global conversations about cognitive sovereignty and responsible AI.

I contribute to initiatives with UNESCO, IEEE, Harvard’s AI-Human Flourishing Council and lead Oxford's Human Flourishing Intelligence/Research Collab Lab. My professional path began in broadcast journalism (NBC), before completing advanced training in psychology and doctoral research on human–AI interaction.

Today, I advise organizations on responsible integration of AI systems (including digital personas, agents, and synthetic teammates). My work is recognized for bridging academic insight with practical strategies to help people and institutions stay human in the age of AI.
