I am a Registered Professional Biologist (RPBio) with a background in conservation science, ecological restoration, and wildlife management, specializing in amphibian and reptile conservation. My work combines applied research, project management, and collaboration to advance conservation outcomes.
Currently, I serve as the Lab Manager and Research Technician for the Tara Martin Conservation Decisions Lab, where I support research focused on improving conservation decision-making and species at risk management. I also serve as Co-Chair of the Meetings and Workshops Committee for the Canadian Herpetological Society, helping connect researchers, practitioners, and students through professional development and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
Over the course of my career, I have worked across government, consulting, non-profit, and academic sectors on species at risk recovery, habitat restoration, ecological monitoring, invasive species management, and wildlife conservation. I am passionate about translating science into practical conservation action and building partnerships that support biodiversity conservation.
