- Post doctoral researcher in dwarf galaxies, CSIRO
I am an astronomer and currently, I am working at CSIRO Astronomy and Space Science as a Postdoctoral Fellow. My main area of research is on dwarf galaxies and understanding how the form and evolve.
Prior to my current position, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory in Green Bank, WV. Before that, I was a Predoctoral Fellow at Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, AZ where I completed my PhD dissertation. I received my PhD in Astronomy in 2011 and my Masters in Physics in 2008 from Georgia State University.
Outside of astronomy, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four year old daughter. We like going on walks, having picnics, and visiting museums, aquariums, and zoos.
