I am a senior lecturer and endorsed organisational psychologist specialising in leadership, organisational behaviour, and work-integrated learning. In addition to being a 6-time recipient of teaching excellence awards across two universities, my research has garnered international recognition such as the Ray Ball Prize for most outstanding journal article (Australian Journal of Management) and the Wiley Top Cited Article.

I design and teach subjects on HRM, organisational psychology, and work-integrated learning. Specifically, I lead the QUT Business Capstone - Real World Ready, the flagship unit that enables our graduating business students to showcase their learning and skills by creating real-world impact with iconic real-world businesses.
Most notably, I won 3 teaching excellence awards from QUT (Vice-Chancellor's and Faculty-level) and 3 teaching excellence awards from the University of Queensland (Vice-Chancellor's and Faculty-level).

My work historically dives into the the social identity approach to leadership, leadership destabilisation, and leader transgressions in organisations. Currently, my research foci are:
- The psychology of AI-to-human leadership.
- Leader misbehaviour and its effects on workers across across multi-team organisations.
- The psychology of worker responses to leader misbehaviour.
My work has been published in several top journals including the 𝘉𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘗𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺 and 𝘗𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘗𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺. And my research has successfully gathered seed funding, awards, and media spotlights.
