Maura McAdam

Professor Maura McAdam is a Professor of Management at Dublin City University. Her research, which explores the influence of gender and diversity on entrepreneurial behaviour, has been published in top rated North American and U.K. journals across a range of theoretical disciplines. Ranked among the top 2% of scientists in the world for research impact for the past five consecutive years, she continues to influence key scholarly debates in entrepreneurship. Maura is also an engaged thought leader and a regular media commentator on women’s entrepreneurship, contributing research driven insights to public and professional audiences.
