- PhD Researcher in Conservation Biology, Liverpool John Moores University
I am a wildlife researcher, particularly interested in wildlife ecology, conservation and monitoring methods.
For four years I conducted fieldwork in the Congo basin, first studying great apes ecology and behaviour, and then coordinating a biodiversity inventory in Salonga National Park, Democratic Republic of the Congo. I am currently pursuing a PhD at Liverpool John Moores University, investigating bonobo ecology and conservation through the integration of different field data (i.e. nest counts, camera-trap data and opportunistic observations) into new modelling approaches.
