A French/Moroccan national, Marwan Sinaceur is a professor in social psychology at ESSEC in Paris, France. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University, USA. Previously, he was Assistant Professor, then Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. He was co-director of the INSEAD Social Sciences Research Centre. He specializes in conflict resolution & negotiation, emotions, group dynamics, and Middle-Eastern cultures. His academic research has been published in leading journals such as Nature Human Behaviour, Psychological Science, and the Journal of Applied Psychology. He was a Visiting Professor at the American University of Beirut (AUB) in Beirut, Lebanon. He was a graduate fellow at the Stanford Center on Conflict and Negotiation.
